more than a spread

A use for every flavor.

There’s a lot more you can do with a jar of Ginger’s jams, jellies and such than just use it on bread, though warm toast and buttery biscuits are always a fine place to start. Cooked in small batches the old-fashioned way, every jar is made to be used and to be shared.

Biscuits, toast, fruit, jam and apple butter on a bright kitchen table from the kitchen
Toast & biscuits

Warm toast, buttery biscuits, a slow Sunday morning — always a fine place to start.

A glossy glaze

Brush over pork or chicken for a caramelized, glossy finish before it hits the oven.

On the cheeseboard

Spoon it out beside sharp cheeses — an easy, no-fuss crowd-pleaser on any board.

Dessert topping

Melt beautifully over cheesecake or ice cream for an instant, no-recipe finish.

Baked right in

Tuck into thumbprint cookies, tarts and flaky pastries for a fruity center.

Stirred in yogurt

Swirl a spoonful into morning yogurt or oatmeal for a bright burst of fruit.

Cocktails & lemonade

Stir into a cocktail or a tall glass of lemonade for a fresh-fruit lift.

A sweet little gift

Made to be shared — the sweetest jar to hand someone just because.
